Once upon a time, we have been accustomed to the concrete and steel forest of the big city, up early and work hard, and slowly lose perception of nature. Every day in the reinforced concrete, glass curtain wall wrapped high-end office building, do not know when the sun is bright or rain, and do not hear the sound of wind, rain, insect chirping.
The designer wants to create a space which breaks the closed nature of the conventional office building, so that every day in the middle of work, you can sense the changes of light and shadow of sunrise and sunset, touch the natural wind and raindrops, smell the scent of soil and plants, and truly touch and sense the changes of nature every day.
So there is this new office space, "a space with light, wind, rain and life temperature"
Meet the light - "plain and true"
After the design and shape of the space was simplified as much as possible, "light" came to the fore. Every day when I get out of the elevator at work, the first ray of sunlight on my hand makes the time at that moment like standing still, and every time I pass by, I can't help but gaze up at the sky: light is the greatest gift given to us by the God of nature.
All of the front lobby areas are made of simple light-colored materials: linen stone flooring, beige stone painted walls, stucco in the tea room, beige gray rock slabs in the front desk and natural surface of beige marble, simplifying and abandoning complex decorative techniques, aiming to create a simple and genuine space feeling.
This "borrowing" technique allows us to be attracted by the view through the glass front yard as soon as we come out of the elevator, and then pass through the "front yard" to enter the tea room or front desk area.
Variability of space functions
Normally, it is a tea and rest area for everyone, but it also takes into account the temporary reception and open discussion function. Every Monday, the company's morning meeting, the company's birthday party, holiday activities, theme salon are held here, this is like the human body's heart function, linking various regions and departments, in order to make this central space highlight its "weight".
