The offices of Alfa-Bank's digital division embody the bank's innovative spirit through the aesthetics of the Martian surface, which is different from the office space in a retroist atmosphere and very close to Alfa Digital's young and creative employees. While the office concept was being developed, Elon Musk was testing a new prototype of a spaceship to fly to Mars. This is how the metaphor appears, and it forms the basis of the concept: while mankind is preparing to conquer the Red Planet, Alpha Bank should already be on its way. In the office, this idea can be found on the walls, in the windows, in the names of the meeting rooms and, of course, in the colors. Red is the dominant hue.

Most are occupied by developers working in teams; next to the workplace, there are areas where quick meetings and brainstorming can take place - capsules. There are 15 of them in total. The capsules are named after Mars-related spacecraft: opportunity, curiosity, perseverance. Capsules are almost indistinguishable from regular meeting rooms: spacious, with a large table, comfortable chairs and video communication equipment. But unlike classic meeting rooms, they have no walls: the capsule is separated from the rest of the space by red acoustic curtains. In addition to whiteboards, there are special panels (vertical, which is important for mobile application developers). The focus rooms of the office have a dark design and low illumination for maximum concentration. One of the central areas of the office is an amphitheater with a gong, where sound gathers the team for important meetings. The amphitheater has a large touch screen on which you can draw. Some of the workplaces are hot tables where any employee can sit. We have also designed a high desk along the glass window with comfortable height adjustable work chairs. Lockers with electronic locks have been installed for storing personal belongings. The project has attracted a lot of attention with the playrooms, which are spacious areas with skirting boards, table tennis, game machines, Lego blocks and sitting piers. You can relax during the day or discuss business issues in an informal setting.
