Color Splash Redseer Strategy Consulting Bangalore office design appreciation
The design team used bright colors and create elements to present Redseer Strategy Consultants' office space in Bangalore, India.

 



Maximizing natural light and greenery to create a biophilic office environment that inspires and promotes team creativity, productivity and employee well-being.
To minimize heat loss and enhance interior acoustics, the design replaces the main wall of the building's front facade with a double-glazed partition.

In order to create a youthful and energetic workplace, the design team used rich colors to shape the space. For example, bright orange, pink and yellow furniture was introduced to create a cheerful and relaxed working atmosphere. The vibrant expression is enhanced by a variety of colorful neon lights on the wall or ceiling. The combination of green vines draped from the ceiling and colorful lounge furniture creates an eco-friendly leisure environment. The outdoor terrace is the perfect place for people and nature to merge.
 

An optimal solution to create a comfortable indoor acoustic environment; an optimized HVAC system and lots of greenery to build the best indoor air quality; and ergonomic office furniture to promote employee health and enhance productivity. These are the main conceptual elements that the design team used to build this project.
